Contact us to sell your home in 3 different ways:  Traditional Home Sale, Cash Offer, and Guaranteed Sale Program

Let's talk about the question that keeps every Dubuque County homeowner up at night: Will my home actually sell?

Here's the truth. The market doesn't care about your timeline. It doesn't care about your next chapter, your next address, or the plans you've been putting on hold. That uncertainty? It's real. And anyone who tells you selling a home in today's market is easy has never had their own name on the sign.

But what if you didn't have to wonder?

Cody Burger and his team have built something most agents in Dubuque County can't offer: a Guaranteed Sale program. Your home goes on the market at full estimated value — not a dollar below what it's worth. If it sells, you win. If it doesn't, we buy it from you at a pre-agreed price. Either way, you walk away. No waiting. No wondering. No settling.

Don’t stress about the timeline or prices, when you can get a guaranteed offer!

The numbers back it up. Cody and his company have sold over 4,000 homes throughout the Tri states since 2020, and recently reached the Number One Producing Team in North America*, and they are here to serve you!
No other agent in Dubuque County brings this combination of reach, results, and a guarantee that removes the risk from one of the biggest decisions of your life.

You don't need to hope your home sells. You need a team that makes sure it does!

Reach out today and find out if your home qualifies for the Guaranteed Sale program. Your next chapter is waiting.
